- Scheduling and overseeing repair and maintenance issues

- Overseeing of major repairs or installation, such as HVAC, roof replacement, plumbing, repaving of parking lots, remodeling of individual suites, etc.
- Collecting and posting all rents
- Reconciling each property on a monthly basis with reports showing rents collected, less any costs incurred by the property, itemized accordingly, with a check enclosed for the difference.
- Acquiring and maintaining updated insurance, permits, licenses or other such documents necessary to maintain your property.
- All dealings with insurance adjustors if necessary for natural related catastrophes
- All dealings necessary with the city, housing authority, inspections, etc.
- Maintenance and upkeep of all signage
- Frequent visits with assessments to all properties
